As a Service Technician, you will be an important part of an engaged service team and the company's face to the outside world. You will work with service, repair, and preventive maintenance of machines, both at the service center and, when needed, at the customer's site. The role is varied, hands-on, and suits you who enjoy technology, problem-solving, and customer contact 🤝

You will closely collaborate with colleagues in service, aftermarket, and sales to ensure high quality, satisfied customers, and smooth processes.

• 🔩 Service, repair, and maintenance of machines

• 🧠 Identify, troubleshoot, and diagnose technical issues

• 📝 Document work and report in workshop systems

• ⏱️ Work to ensure service lead times are met according to goals

• 📦 Handle complaints, warranty cases, and spare parts

• 🎓 Train customers and partners

• 🚚 Perform field service and deliver products when needed

• 📣 Maintain ongoing customer dialogue and follow up on completed work

• 🔄 Actively participate in improvement work within service

• ⚠️ Ensure that safety regulations are followed

• 🏭 Open and close the service center and perform other related tasks

• Has technical understanding and interest in service and repair

• Is self-driven, solution-oriented, and a team player 💪

• Has good communication skills in both spoken and written form

• Enjoys customer contact and takes responsibility for their work

• Has a forklift license and overhead crane license
